Return/Refund Policy

Physical Products

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any physical product, such as a CD audio program or book, in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Please return the product by mail to:

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Downloaded Products

Any product downloaded from our website or shopping cart service, such as ebooks, special reports and audio files (mp3s) cannot be returned. If you are completely dissatisfied with any downloaded product, you can request a refund by emailing service@unconditionalconfidence.com or calling Customer Service at (707) 824-5604.

Your request will be considered but may not be approved. Because downloaded products are easy to buy, keep and copy, and there is no way to really return it. Therefore, we need to consider any request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Programs, Trainings and Coaching Sessions

If for any reason you decide to drop out of a Coaching Program or Training, you must make your request in writing either by emailing the Customer Service department at service@unconditionalconfidence.com or by mailing your request to:

If your request to drop out is made before or within 24 hours after the first session of that program, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid for that program. Any request for a refund made after that first session 24-hour window of time will be considered on case by case basis.

There are no refunds for individual coaching sessions.
